Character retrieval process

Greetings Nostralius Begins staff,

I switched computers today. Wiped my previous notebook to get it ready for new ownership. Just downloaded the 1.12.1 client onto my current machine. When I logged on, I noticed that even with my existing login my characters did not populate on my list. Am I to assume that they are not saved server side? They weren't high level characters or anything, so starting fresh isn't an issue. That said, I do like the character names as they're ones I use with any RPG's I play. Any chance I could have the toons deleted from the server so I can have the names released? If there is a chance that I can get the files needed to load them back into my character list, that'd be great too but not required. Thanks for your time.

They are saved. As long as you are using the right account name, password, and correct server...they are still there.
