Generally they would buff the item and you wouldnt have to redo the quest.

Keep in mind the entire quest is over half a level at 18.

Some people (including me) have got the ring prior to 19 amd are sitting on it just incase.

horde team with 3 priests and 5 hunters just going around in a deathball killing everybody. with like +150 more HK's than anybody on alliance, and Babyguru exploits on top of horde portal and still gets fucked.

horde strategy seems to consist of all 10 players running around on the map accomplishing nothing and then losing to alliance.

7 horde twinks vs a rogue and a paladin. and takes you guys 50 minutes to win 3-1. you even have full geared druid flag carrier, warlock, hunters and 3 twink rogues. wtf took you so long?
