Yeah- also for next time wowwiki actually has all the correct random suffix stats (http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Hook_Dagger), which is a bit counterintuitive because wowwiki tends to be for live but I guess they just haven't updated it.

The quest is alliance only.
You could get the 7stam shield from battle of hillsbrad though.
