Always wondered the same but I did some research and found out that its not stackable.
That's what's blizzlike at least...maybe it wasn't fixed here.......

That is precisely why I'm asking here

It could be broken or working as intended, if anyone has real experience about this (maybe supported with addon based evidence) it would be nice.
