Ignore people (forum)

I remember at blizzard forums there was an option to ignore some posters, it would be great to implement it here, so we dont have to read stupidities.

"Foes are users which will be ignored by default. Posts by these users will not be fully visible. Personal messages from foes are still permitted. Please note that you cannot ignore moderators or administrators."

Wish we could get all the forum functionality enabled. We were without avatars for a while but could do sigs. Now we can't do sigs (With image tags) but we can do avatars.
