Communicating more efficiently with the community

Hey All,

My suggestion is to have 24/7 staffed positions that can report on issues with the server in detail to keep the community informed about issues. Communication with any business or project is important as people speculate about issues and can send the wrong messages to potential new users.

Blizzard got alot of flack for this and learned this the hardway. I know the development team is always working on improving the server. I would suggest a GM or Administrator that is online could report server outages so players arent consistently nailing the authentication system.

In my personal opinion setting up a 3rd party source for the status of the realm like Twitter would be a valuable tool for the community.

Anyways thanks for reading and I just want to say even though I'm critical on this distinct issue overall I'm a very happy player and love this server.
