As a developer I can see the benefits of bug trackers but if you add a sub forum for bug reports many people would be happy.
Just my two cents.
While I like the idea of a separate bug forum, I see most people just going straight there to report bugs and never submit them to the tracker because "it's easier." We'll end up with 20+ pages of bug reports, of which maybe two or three pages will actually be submitted. And then people will search the forum and necro old bugs threads from months ago that were fixed and new players will see these necro'd threads thinking stuff is still broken only adding to the confusion.
