Add Eternal Quintessence before patch 1.11.0

Yes its not blizzlike, but the Eternal Quintessence was purely a quality of life item.
It does nothing to game balance and patch 1.11.0 won't be here for at least 1 year.

I don't think anyone would mind if it was added earlier, swimming to that damn island can get pretty old.

I agree , it was a pure quality of life improvement, that traveling for something that doesnt even enhance anything about your character gets old

And r14 gear update should be in Naxxramas
