Who reinvited the guild kicked player?

This problem has just come up. I need to know which person in the guild is reinviting a person I guild kicked for racial slurs. I just haven't figured out yet where or how to do this. I know it isn't in game, but an option to ban a player and prevent future invites would be a really handy guildmaster only tool (only the gm should be able to use this).
Suggestions?
I have temp removed the ability of new and semi new members to invite, but that isn't fair to them or the guild, due to the actions of one bad apple.

Make it so only you and people that you trust can guild invite players - problem solved instantly .
