I'd like to propose following changes:
1) limit height of signature images (and count). There are people using multiple images in signature that just take up too much space (> 400px, which is ridiculous)
2) Do something about colored text. I liked blizzard's approach - blue text for all administration members and everyone else can't use those colors.
3) reduce brightness difference between alternating topics in topic list view. Perhaps color sticky threads somehow, so it's easier to find point in list, where new threads are.
4) Implement bluetracker perhaps? (feed of posts made by admins)
5) In thread list, remove creation date (imo pointless data, last updated date is enough)

Well at the moment people aren't even able to add signatures because of a 502 error you get when using [img] tags. (I lost my signature because of that shit).

I do agree with the limit, however from a performance perspective it isn't the space that matters but the amount of data the image holds. Perhaps a 2MB file size limit as well.

As for the 400px suggestion, is that height or width, there is a difference, someone can have a 700x200 signature and you likely wouldn't notice, but if it stretches their posts too much by being too tall, like say 200x700 then there is a problem.

They have colored names, is that not enough?

Sticky threads are already at the top of the page, you can't get much easier to find than that unless you're an idiot who doesn't bother to read them to begin with.

Scroll to the bottom of the main page and click on each of the admin/mod categories, it will give you a list of who belongs to what. Then just click on the individual names and look at their posts from there.

That information is anything but pointless, showing when a thread was created shows its relevance compared to the current date.

This is a pain in the ass. This is exactly why a proper Blue Post Tracker would be useful .

I don't particularly care for making specific staff posts certain colors or coloring sticky threads. People already ignore the big, bold, blue text across the top that reads "STICKY;" changing the color slightly isn't going to get more people to read them.

However, a blue post tracker button could be useful, if only in topics where the staff posts. Too often I have to dig up old threads from months ago that are anywhere from a couple dozen posts to several hundred posts and buried somewhere in there among all the pages is a GM or admin response that I need when answering questions for others on the forums. It'd be nice to be able to go directly to these posts instead of having to click through dozens of pages. For now I've just been keeping a notepad handy with all the URLs but it's still not efficient.

The thread created date is important. In a perfect world, it's a clear warning to posters to think carefully before necroing an age-old thread. But of course, not everyone pays attention to it which is why we get threads from November last year brought back from the dead.
