Towards the end of vanilla they added x realm BG's. With the implementation of a Second server that is finally happening this could be a thing.

why would you x-realm bg in server with active 5000 average population?

in retail servers (average) population was between active 1000-3000 and there was included empty servers that had barely 50 active people on one side .

i am ok and agree with this if there was 2-3 servers and some of the struggle with population .
But currently this doesn't exist and we have so many people here

3.3 Cross-realm battlegrounds

We won't go much into detail here, but cross-realm battlegrounds are a very complicated topic.
The concept has been precised and specified before this summer by the Development Team with the following conclusion: it is a very difficult challenge to achieve and there is, for now, no guarantee that it will happen as it needs a lot of software development. The content release shift between the PvE & PvP realms gives us several months to prepare a final answer.

Don't want it. The PvE server is going to be many months behind in progression and thus should not be cross-realmed BG's with the PvP server.

this will not make any affect at all since in our realm have many naked players in pvp

I worry this might skew some games where one team has a lot of PvE players, and hence have less access to the AH bis items that are so thoroughly fleshed out now. This just means twinks will be extremely dominant because the playing field is in their favor for opportunity for powerful items to be brought into the battleground.
