Give warlocks their last rank of Drain mana

Yeah, this was in vanilla so don't even tell me otherwise. The lv54 training of Drain Mana isn't in the game. So, I suggest to add it. I dunno, would make the game more blizzlike and more like vanilla if this vanilla spell was in the game.

Warlocks are getting humped, no improved drain mana/life/soul and no rank 4 drain mana like OP says. Imagine if this would happen to a hunter, they'd make the forums crash daily.
