change realm population status

on pvp server to high and pve server to medium
this will also let people know who dont like high pop server what server to join

I agree with this. I always found it vexing how they all say medium despite the fact that the PvP server consistently holds a population 3 times the maximum on retail realms.

The PVE server isn't out yet - therefore it should be "Low" or "None" until it reaches higher population levels.
I'm sure Blizzard had some specific value to determine when the population should say Low, Medium, High etc. - if your only goal is to drive users away from the PvP server, I disagree...that will take care of itself over time. People will figure it out on their own..

no its not to drive people away from pvp server, the pve server will only have a cap of 2.5k anyways
ishould just let people know i think so if they like high pop servers they know where to go or if they like medium pop they know where to go

You're assuming 2.5k (or less) should mean "Medium" or you simply want to use this as a way to artificially signify relative realm population. Not sure this would be Blizzlike unless the numbers you're throwing around match up with the actual meaning of high/medium server pop, by some coincidence...
