Idk if it's because 1.12 client simply lacks such functionality or nobody found out how to do it (other mangos versions have capability of banning addons for example).
2. it's a hyperbole, what I mean is dps rotations are very simple, therefore most people refer to them as 1 button spamfest (compared to stuff you do in later expansions).
3. Instead of calling out specific addons that you claim "harm quality", you accuse me of being ignorant, ugh. Do tell, what addons harm competition by making class rotation trivial.
I wasn't talking about what the default mangos implementation does with Warden. There is almost no default functionality for Warden on the server repo. These developers have an implementation that they have either tweeked or imported from another project. However, the message passing interface through the client is available and searching through every possibility of hashed data is something that can be prototyped and tested on the server. The only problem is that it requires the effort of the staff to implement such a change.
As far as addons that make things ridiculously easy, there are many and this is just a few of them: LazyScript, LazyPig, SuperMacro, QuickHeal, ProHeal, Decursive and anything that follows Lazy<class>. I'm not saying that all addons should be restricted but that judgement could be left to the staff if they really wanted the content to be challenging.
