[SpamThrottle] remove spam limitations for low level players

Its like a crying child denied candy at the grocery checkout line, so many bots of theirs spamming.

I don't care if you have to limit trade to lvl 60 players alone, do something about it. I really dont know what.- Oh wait I do.

Remove the spam restrictions put on lower level players so one would not have to ignore 10 bots in 30 mins, but rather 1 or 2

You should try out the SpamThrottle addon. I keep it updated with a default gold-seller filter list, so you won't see those ads if you use it. It also filters out repeated messages, like someone spamming LFM or LFG every minute, with a configurable timeout. Forum thread for it is here:

Yes I know that it only masks the problem. But it works, and makes your experience much nicer.
