Yes you're right. The fix only seemed to work on melee attack speed. We'll look into a fix for the casting speed as well.

While you're at it fix NE racial, it doesn't give passive stealth levels, which is pretty much the only reason you'd want it on a rogue since you don't drop combat after a kill in PvP here.

And for the love of god fix holy light, its scaling at 43% at ALL ranks including 1.

Fix should be going live tomorrow with the pvp update for ranged attack speed and casting speed.
