I don't remember an Armory for Vanilla Wow, but I do remember the ability to link your Build in your profile in the old Vanilla Forums.
Since the new addition to the Talent Calculators, perhaps adding this as an option too?

On a related note, although not applicable here you should have CT profiles for armory back in Vanilla. I do believe allakhazam had some sort of armory function aswell.
