Autosave charachters upon recieving rare+ quality loot.

It would seem that charachters are autosaved after performing any sort of trade or logging out. Wouldn't it make sense to also autosave charachters whenever they get an item of rare or higher quality?

Surely the performance impact of implementing that has to be negligeble?

The reason they dont have it is due to the load it puts on the server. Personaly, I simply trade 1copper to someone if I get loot, and if it is something really rare I just relog/altf4.

Im not suggesting enabling .save here. The serverload shouldn't increase dramatically. It would certainly be nothing compared to players running around with autosave.

I am pretty sure that trading money to someone doesn't work, or at least i didn't in my two examples when server failure occurred ~30 seconds after i've traded a few silvers.
