[BUG]The Rise Of The Machines

I encounter a strange problem today.

I got all the quest items for the quest "The Rise of The Machines" (2nd part, in Dungeon Black Rock Depth), i.e., 1 Head of Argelmage + 10 Intact Elemental Core, and the quest is shown as COMPLETED in quest log. When I try to turn it in, the question mark on NPC is still white and I cannot click on the COMPLETE button.

Anyone can tell me what is wrong?
