How exactly do you want them to work? Sign you up for a dungeon group or used as actual summoning stones? Because afaik Summoning stones were TBC

the stones work just as they are supposed to in vanilla - they are meeting stones. In The Burning Crusade expansion they were renamed to summoning stones and gained the ability to summon party members. That function will not be introduced on Nostalrius Begins.
