You should release Bug Tracker on forums it's more efficient

Hello. Many players don't know how to report bugs because those players are used to report bugs via forum Bug Tracker and not via ingame ticket. Ingame ticket for reporting bugs is not so good for many reasons. There are bugs that requires large theorycrafting and discussion which can be achived only by talking via forum BugTracker and not via ingame tickets. Plus ingame ticket is limited by 5 lines of words per ingame ticket and players can't see which bug is already reported or not so you are probably receiving many reports describing one same bug (which is taking your time) and ingame ticket is not so transparent. In other words it would be very nice if you could make a forum BugTracker and put a repetative system world message in wow game where online players can see how they can report buggs.

Agreed 100%. There needs to be a system that tracks reported bugs and shows their status. Kinda like a ticket system for a help center/call center.

Just set up a Github account, like Corecraft is using at the moment.

It's extremely efficient since you can tag stuff that needs research and people can see if an issue has been reported and/or fixed already. Also allows for easy and focussed discussions that make it easier for the devs to sift through the information.

I already reported a few bugs in that way Stone, I wouldn't be able to tell which ones anymore. Hence if I run into them I'll report them again.
Not even mentionning one of the other 3000 players might have reported it as well.

3 reports for 1 bug, without us knowing if it actually makes its way to the dev. Sorry, that's just not constructive.

Problem with this is we can't see what bugs are already reported. That means the developers will have to sort bug reports to get rid of duplicates first = even more work for them.

Talking about that case Kronos has the best system I ever saw in place.
Their Database has a bug tab for each object (NPCs, Spells etc.) you can look up. This way there is no confusion or multiple threads for the same bug.

In general I dont understand why Nos doesnt have a bug tracker. Its very unlikely that the staff has all details about vanilla in their mind and in many cases a player can contribute with useful details or other stuff which helps fixing stuff.
