Iam really sad about the fact, that the developers dont fix MAJOR CLASS BUGS. For example:

https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/tracker/?aid=1107 was reported in May 2015. This a gamebreaking class bug and no one care about. No on confirmed it, nothing.

So, as others have said, the ISVV team will assess the bug for its merit, but will have to rely on a developer to correct it. As the workload of both groups exceeds their capacity, they have to prioritize their time to the most important things (testing new patchs/TBC vs currents bugs). An announcement about a month ago suggested that they were slowing their timeline down to place more focus on existing bugs so hopefully what you think are major class bugs will be addressed.

In terms of the quality of ISVV team members, I have no comment as I do not have any contested bugs with them. They ARE looking for more members and people with a strong Vanilla background that can also find appropriate research would be helpful to their team. Please lend them your time to make our game better. :)

I'm not sure where OP is going with this. Other than attempting to try to create a groundswell of support so that he can be "right" about something and feel some type of vindication.

The link provided by lsvv was in fact durng the pre rollout patch of 2.0. Did the pre rollout patch have new resistance stats in it? Also at the bottom of your original post, shortly after you posted it, is a video in vanilla before patch 2.0 of holy spells being partially resisted. it's in French, but you can see it happening.

https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/tracker/?aid=1294

Your original difficulty was stated as "should not be resisted by anything." However there is clearly something wrong with resistances from all the other evidence listed there.

If you want to help, would you go ahead and help already. Although at this point I don't think you've endeared yourself to the team. If you just want to drum up a shitstorm to get a feel-good out of it, keep doing what you are doing.

Greetings,

You said it yourself in your first post. The developers/isVV here are not paid in any way, nor compensated. They do this in their free time, when they are able (just as the entirety of the staff). We all have full time jobs, as well as families. You're more than welcome to volunteer your developer experience if you think that things aren't being done fast enough for your liking.

Regards, GM Team
