Wow - did they actually implement this suggestion now? Thre's nothing written in the Announcement section yet, but Tigru just closed a case with this response:

That's the first time I've seen a GM outright say that. I feel like in the past I've seen GMs recommend they have friends translate for the person so they can better understand what they are asking/help with the appeal process.
