I don't think he will get the explanations on your link. The tutorial is in english, and when I read the reporting of Mr Capfcn and Mr Xiao Rou Dun, it sounded like a terrible Google translation.

this have been reported already toward bugtracker as it was requested long time ago , but there is no respond.

I am aware of the glitch spot and abusing "jumping" wall with flag which is unfair advantage toward melee.
