1 bug and 1 i im not sure about

Im currently aoe grinding on my lvl 32 mage and i´ve noticed that when mobs get low and start fleeing they ignore all slow effects. The slow effect still apear on them but they run at normal speed. This makes it much harder to aoe grind and its not blizzlike. Also ive noticed that you can get daced even though mana shield hasent broken yet. Is this blizzlike? Ive played on alot of private servers and you never got daced while your arborb shield was still up.
