Good VPN

Does anyone know/uses a good VPN to connect to that reduces the latency.
I am currently at 170-210ms and would like to bring it down below 100ms.

I have tested ipredator but the add extra 20ms.

a vpn might not help lower your ping. if you have unusually high ping from a fairly close location then a vpn would be a good idea. if you're playing from a place far away then you're probably stuck with higher ping than you'd like.
