problem with retrieving token

greetings.. i have problem i cannot solve on my own.. i wanted to retrieve token from nost and it keep saying ..We are encountering technical difficulties regarding the token generation procedure. Please try again later. is there any way i can get my account back becouse i have info wich i need for it
