Address game breaking issues faster

The total lack of communication and the missing bug tracker is the reason, why i stopped caring and i am no longer even reporting bugs. Not worth it.

On the drop chance, yes, its way higher than its supposed to be. Its on every mangos server like that, unless its taken care of.
