Depending on how far I have to run, I get the timer on my first death.

well average realm had less than 3k so there was less pvp also realms wasnt so "fresh". never seen so many bones in foothills lol

I've never gotten timer on my first death, not even when corpse run took less than 30 seconds.

Why do all this criers even come to this server? There's so many carebear servers out there where u get instant lvl instant gear instant res...
Also I remember dieing 3 times in a row on some quest and beeing able to ress with a few secconds cd after a short run on my 3rd death.
I also remember back in the TBC days retail waiting minutes to ress in STV after some huge fights and 10+ deaths

back in th tbc days u played tbc and retail 2,5k server. this is vanilla realm with 6k players. go foothills and believe or no, u will see fights much bigger than in ur tbc days

And you're point is what? next thing you'll be asking is res on the spot with 1s delay...
That delay is there for a reason and will not go away just cuz you cry about it.

Just discovered (I belive) that res timer is also affected by BG deaths, came out of wsg died on the 1st mobs I see and had to wait 1min for res, not a huge deal so i still say it's ok as it is.

Well that needs fixing, BG deaths should not affect the timer at all.
