Nostalrius aims to be as "Blizz-like" vanilla server as possible. While it is impossible to be 100% authentic, one of the cornerstones of this server is that there are no Pay-To-Win features, experience boosts or gear gifts of any kind. Both experience and reputation gains are 1x and will remain so.
As others have stated, do always logout in an inn - you can notice it when there's a golden halo around your character portrait - as this gives you rested XP, which is double the amount for a short(ish) duration. Enjoy the journey, the raids will still be there when you hit level 60.
