Blizzard added this on 2.0 patch . Its only shows the CDs of spells , please staff ! Add it so i can enjoy playing my Warrior . Some say thats the Old School way ? They are wrong , using macros without showtooltip is the Low School way ;]

There are several addons that automatically shows your CDs even though you use your abilities in a macro. Bongos should be able to do this, same goes for addon called SuperMacro.

as far as I know, it doesnt work if the macro is a script.
