Increase spawn rate

Well there are a lot of new low level players who are questing. That means killing a lot of mobs. And there are so much players entire zones are devoid of mobs. Alright maybe a bit exageration, but really mob spawn rates should increase. I don't know what the actual spawn times are, but setting it to 1 minute would be helpful. So Nostalrius, would you be you open to this?
