Poll in new content(donator suggestion)

Runescape 2007 polls in new content. 75% of the community must vote on it for it to be accepted into the game. This method as worked incredibly well. I think a similiar feature should be added here.

This is my solution

Donators are the only ones able to vote. That way its a greater chance that a donator wants this game to have good updates rather than trolls spam voting.

Donator and normal player poll. It would be the same poll but you could see what the donators voted for and what the normal players did. For example. Add in a chat update. It got 78% donators approval and 70% community. This is a good way to gauge how much of the community wants something. Also the community should be 10% near donators vote. For example if the donators got a 82% on a poll, then the community needs to get at least 72% for it to be accepted. If that is not a good method we could always take the average of the two.

I'm thinking no. If donors were given priority status, it would start to look like the beginning of some Pay2Win garbage.

How. The people who donate do not make their own polls. Lets say the admins want to implant x updates. They ask the community what they thought and the donators vote if they want it in the game or not. How will this be pay2win? The updates I am referring to could be small to large what ever the admins wanted to import from other version to this.

You're giving a donation reward to the people who donated by only allow them to have permission to vote.
They opened donation for people to fund the entirety of the server. Not to grant any access/privileges to these people at all.

Donation isn't mandatory and doesn't give any reward.
It only help for upkeep cost.
