Notable Deaths Quest

Sorry if this is the incorrect place, only started playing on this server last week and new to the forums.
The quest Notable Deaths in Vanilla had a level requirement of 27, I've checked several online resources to make sure and they all say that it has a level requirement of 27.
I am unable to pick up the quest at level 31, even though it's part of a chain I began at level 30, intended for level 27's.

Try it at level 32.

Also, report it to the bugtracker to have the level reduced. Bring the citations of it being level 27 too.
