I understand the difference between earning and achieving. So, to be correct, you need to say smth like "how to achieve the payed services like the same on retail, but for free". Its not an only English forum, and some people may not understand such language.

Definition of Achieve. reach or attain (a desired objective, level, or result) by effort, skill, or courage. but yes, I don't want them to be buy to use but given to us as some sort of reward for playing for a period of time, loging in so often, or something.

Make them a reward. not a service.

Pay services would never be implemented. It something with copyright. For better understanding please read Blizzard EULA.

I'm not saying that we pay for those services. As I said I want to EARN them. Achieve level 60 get a race change or something.

I can't imagine what achievement would be proper to reward you with such major "service", I doubt this will ever getting released somehow.

As I said before, I know what it is in English. But Im Russian, and in my language there is no difference between "to achieve" and "to earn" meanings. I was a little misunderstanding.
So, the answer was already given. Such servises was unavaliable at the time of retail vanilla. Another thing - if such services will never be implemented, it will be uncomfortable to play.
But there was a strict devs answer - this server will be blizzlike as much as possible.
