Vanilla Meeting Stones

I am sorry for this topic if it was before, but I can't see it, and I can't find nostalrius bug tracker. I know that Meeting Stones weren't able to summon players on 1.12.1 patch , but on vanilla they can gather people and make automatically your group for dungeon, also you could speak with gatekeepers for registration for dungeon. So read : "..Originally[1], they were for filling in partial (or just-starting) parties whose members met the required level range[2] by auto-inviting suitable candidates..."
Also I heared, that Kronos has this function. I really believe ,that you can repair this stones. I think that it is very important part of server, and needs to be first in quee to be repaired because it touched for everyone since 10-60 levels interval. Please link me some information, if someone opened same topic before. Thank you for attention.

You are absolutely correct, meeting stones did not work as summoning stones in 1.12.1
