The thing with rollbacks is that it's the result of not enough events to trigger save states.
An example of something that would trigger a save is:
- Logging out (it is recommended you do this everytime you have completed something difficult)
- Loading a new instance (eg. a new continent)

I just won an AB.
I instantly relogged to save obtaining the marks (had to start doing this after losing every single mark I've obtained today, thanks to nonstop crashes).
I STILLLLLLLLLLL lost my marks.

Need I mention that winning a BG awards you the marks and you load a new instance when you leave the BG?

I've read that you have to remain logged out for 30 seconds or longer for it to trigger a save; simply relogging within a few seconds won't do it.
