Evocation bug

Is it just me, or does sometimes evocate only give you 3 ticks instead of 4? It happens to me one out of 10 times ish i'd say.

Not the correct forum to post this in. Evocation does not have its own ticks. The ticks are normal regen ticks. As the spell says, it increases your spirit by 1500% so if you time it right you can get 4 ticks out of it. IIRC CT_TickMod is there to help with that.
