Change the password change method...!

Hello !

I think i might have been hacked and i'm facing a RIDICULOUS situation..! I can't change my password because the account have been used recently... Wtf !?

It means that if anyone hacks your account you won't be able to change your password as long as he logs in ONCE IN TEN DAYS. That's right, the account needs TEN (10!!) days of inactivity before you can change the password !

This is what it shows :

This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts.

So if i understand i'm responsible for my own account security BUT i can't change the password because the hacker use it.

LOGIC...!

You can change your password using the ingame .account password command.

Basically it means that if anyone finds your password by any way he won't even have to have your email to change your passworld and fuck you... in game command is enough and BYEBYE to your precious account!!

Please you HAVE to change this.

You guys should all get involved in this. I have a fresh Windows 10 install + Nod 32 Antivirus + Malware's byte AND i got hacked without any phising ...

I don't know how he did but he did. No one is safe from a hack.

Of course you won't care untill it happens to you but the day it will happen you won't be able to get your account back because of this ridiculous sytem.

So you can ignore this thread because your account is fine ATM but one day you'll regret.

I think this is a very good idea, I have not been hacked but would hate to be in this situation and hope there would be a solution for if something did happen..

bump .. this is a major concern, especially as people get to higher levels and all the time put in to leveling those characters.

If a hacker is going to change a password in game, then there at least needs to be a confirmation email to the account holder before any change is made or allowed.

Agree to this! Im also one of the guys were i got hack. I have NO idear how the hell he got my password but he did! That you have to wait 10 days is stupid! The only thing you can do is to hope that the "hacker" doesnt log in for just 1 sec in 10 days or get an admin to ban your account... WTF? Come on Nost team. There have to be a way for you to help us out??

Sorry but there is no supreme hacker out there just sniping accounts. The fact is you somehow compromised your account security. Whether you told a friend, clicked a bad link, downloaded a bad add-on, you did something to have this happen.

I am sympathetic to your situation but you can't blame the system. Something YOU did is the reason your account was hacked. It isn't any fault of the system.
