Petition: make queue restrictions only for 60 level BGs

There are alot of people who only playing on Nost for low level PvP. And the recent change that supposed to fix premades issue at 60 was a big hit to lower brackets. I noticed queues became longer. Also this change pretty much killed AB since everyone now only queues for WSG.

In low levels we dont have premades dodging issue so we dont need this queue restriction. Please remove it from all brackets except 60.

I agree with this, but personally I think that multique restriction should ONLY apply to to lvl 60 group queues. Let pugs multique at will, dont let premades multique to prevent dodging and win trading. I understand that pug dodging is a bit of an issue too, but if you remove multique entirely, the server sill end up like feenix, with nothing but WSGs going on during weekdays

Most brackets were dead anyway even with the old system. Only time I had real games is in the 20-29 brackets. The other brackets had only like maximum 5-6 people per team in AB. Its kinda pointless to change the system.
