I've heard some absurd rumor about alliance being able to get the HORDE ONLY quest for juju's power flurry and so on.

This was a fix to keep balance the same on both sides. Because paladins buffs are way stronger than Shamans (even with working windfury)

2 solutions remove that quest for the alliance or give hordes paladins

it was opened up at some point during Vanilla to allow both factions to obtain them IIRC

I find it accurate most of the time, the only issues being mobs listed under the wrong zone or quests not having the correct faction.

Either way the OP is making a lot of baseless assumptions.

I can confirm. And it should be hotfixed ASAP like prioritet number 1. The reason for both faction being able to do that quest was achievements

Nah, we used in on retail Vanilla in my guild when we raided Naxx - it was originally Horde only but it was patched in to allow Alliance to use it at some point during Vanilla.

I can tell you with 100% assurance that all melee (including Paladins) used them on the Loatheb fight since we could only heal once a minute - so might as well hit him for the 57.5 seconds out of every minute in which you weren't casting Holy Light on the Main Tank.

I was alliance, juju were required for us for Naxx particularly for Loatheb, and there are some videos for my guild from that era that show them clearly being used. I'm sure theres plenty of vids showing it.

This is a rogue with juju power on doing loatheb. Guild is Illumination.
