Use in game ticket to report a bug.

Well what about its client side problem, because I can everything after fishing without relogging.

Maybe the DEVS / staff would be more motivated to help you or fix it (if its a bug) if you'd be more friendly.
This imperative "fix this" is quit rude in my opinion because they dont "have to" fix something.
What about "please" or "would be awesome if you'll find a solution.

yes the ingame tickets are being read.
not all are being answered since there is no use in answering some tickets.

the advantage of using the ingame ticket system is that it also sends valueable information along.
and the ticket system is designed to report smaller bugs.
larger bugs that require more information or explanation can be posted in the support forum.

I have the same issue and I haven't had that problem on ED, I haven't had it on Rebirth, Vengeance, Valkyrie or Dispersion - so personally I very much doubt that it is clientside.
Get off your high horse, no they don't have to fix anything - but which dev would not? "Fix this" isn't rude.

Quite honestly, I thought he was trying to say "Must relog to fix this." as in "You have to relog to resolve the issue."

I'm not riding a high horse - I just said that I think the way he wrote it were rude. Maybe it's not intenionally or language wise.

It's also how I read it. The OP seems to be typing English as a second language. So missing some terms. But, that's how I filled it in too at any rate.

The post wasn't rude, it was explaining in the best way they could the problem, and how they had to workaround to resolve it.
Casual and proud.
