Hey Nost, a vanilla passionate here.

However, my time is not of abundance as it once was. I have a job and a girlfriend and my time for WoW is limited. Even tho I play daily, x1 blizz-like leveling and gearing up is simply not possible.

I am not speaking for myself only, I have a lot of friends and I`m sure this applies to the rest of the players playing on another private project who will come right away if something similar pops up. We are all sick and tired of the other project but we don`t have any other alternative due to RL commitments.

You didn't really specifiy your idea, but I am guessing you want to have a new seperate server with 12x rates?

While I personally wouldn't mind it since there still would be to other perfectly fine 1x realms, I still don't think there's a reason for Nostalruis to go down that road. I think it is better for them to only brand themselfs on one thing: A Blizzlike progression server.

There are alternatives to this server with that kind of rates. Therefore Nostalrius should keep focusing on what they do instead of focusing on other things.

Leveling doesn't take that long, just look at the guy in the thread above.

As for myself I mainly only played during the weekends, it took me 3 months, but I got there.

Comes to a vanilla server. Claims to be a vanilla passionate. Complains about vanilla rates.

The reason people enjoy this version of the game is because it is highly time consuming. Most don't realize it. Yet they keep doing the same grinds over and over again.

If you can afford to play daily then you can definitely handle "x1 blizz-like leveling". Stop being lazy and go complete dem quests & grind dem mobs. You lost EXP time just by creating this thread.

Stop wasting your time on "the other project". Stop making post here. Just create a toon and level. If you never start you will never get 60.

I'm married, have a job, other hobbies etc leveling my 2nd 60 atm (at 40 atm). Leveled a Warrior (!) that is close to pre bis.

If you have friends that will level with you and you take a class thats easier to level I don't see what the problem is.

Also making too many servers will split up the community which is a bad thing.
