True. Been wondering why i get so much empty kills on my hunter and here you are. Sure, if your pet finishes off a mob with one or two hits then obviously you'd get no loot, but the last hit on your target... It's like if your pet ninja kills your game!

This is not true. You get loot regardless if it's you, your pet, or some random thing that kills the mob if it was tagged to you.

Upon further investigation it turns out that this only happens if your pet is <Unknown>, which happens on occassion for unknown reasons.

I've had that happen. A lot actually. I seem to recall it happening when my minion gets left behind in the Deeprun Tram and sometimes taking boats from one continent to another.

This is not true. You get loot regardless if it's you, your pet, or some random thing that kills the mob if it was tagged to you.

Gonna do s'more testing on the matter. I'll be back with statistics.

I actually had mobs without a loot, as beasts that do not drop money if they did not roll on any trash they've but just flat empty you could not loot them aswell.

Unfortunately you remember wrong.

It's only an issue if this is happening constantly, then something is wrong. It should be pretty rare.
