we see open the gates of anquirage on retail in this gear. how i remember (cant sure in 100%, but 99%) was cleanin fresh opened BWL in gear with this stats.
u can call it how u like, its good pvp gear, better than t2. in pve im not interested what u wear and how u click mouse on your abilities)
and on nostalrius isnt even close to retail patches - coz we cant pvp till 1.5, but we have few 14 in 1.4 here)))) blablabla
