100g isn't a fortune? If you're a raider and want to PVP, remember that you'd be paying that twice. Good luck supporting that alongside the cost of flasks for raiding.

I agree that it's a gold sink which is needed in vanilla - and in vanilla, Blizzard's gold-sinks actually work at combating inflation surprisingly well - but those arguments in favour of it are absolutely ridiculous.

That 100g is speccing to pvp and back to pve combined. So if you have three raid nights and you want to pvp inbetween you'll be paying 300g every week.
