Escape Artist not Instant?

Sort the comments by Oldest First and the top comment (Written at the time of patch 1.12.1) talks about how it's "planned" to be made an instant cast in 2.0.1 (Burning Crusade). A little bit further down, someone writing at the time of patch 2.0.1 confirms it was made instant cast. This indicates it did indeed have a cast time in vanilla.

Use the bug tracker for that NOT a thread. Going through your post history it seems you have a problem of making threads instead of searching the forums yourself.

For the bug track try to search for all related terms, and make sure you post proof that what you have really is a bug.

For the forums, use Google.
