You can always use Ignore button against such people , unless the person find it's way trough it you are able to report.

It happens many times Hordes using their foul language to use this and me as Alliance , i am still able to set that person on Ignore list.

Feel free to do it in game and this will solve your issue m8.

You can avoid a guy creating multiple characters to bypass your ignore list, just download that extendes ignore list and when a guy whispers you he doesnt get his "XXX ignores you" message, as a result of which he wont log over to bother you on another char he will still think you read what he writes.

Please take an screenshot of the offending chat language in public channels (General, Trade, LocalDefense, WorldDefense, LookingForGroup, LookingForGuild, World, Say or Yell), upload it somewhere (imgur.com is one example), make an in-game GM ticket and include the link to the screenshot.

If it's non-public channel, meaning Party or Guild, please just /ignore the user, remove them from the party or leave the party yourself or take it up with the guild master. If said player continues to harass you, circumventing the ignore through other characters, then make a ticket.

We try to monitor public channels when we can but unfortunately it is impossible maintain a 24/7 control over two factions and dozens of zones.
