On the subject of this.

Will you take out the Left&Right Bindings from the loot table whilst this is in?
The talisman is by lore the supposed combination of both the sperate Bindings.
Having both the talisman and seperate bindings drop would contradict the concept of blizzlike and the game's lore.

And will this be available for a fixed amount of time? Or until the first player has acquired it?

The Talisman was originally supposed to be the first binding, instead of the Binding of the Windseeker (Left/Right) we see today. This idea was however scrapped and changed for the 2 Bindings we see today. Although this wasn't the case and for some reason the Blizzard developers forgot to take this item out.

If Noktyn was the only person in the game to receive the Talisman of the Binding Shard, how can we know the droprate %?

I appreciate the consideration to work for a Blizzlike experience from the staff and thus would like to ask if they have decided on a drop rate and the factors they chose the % on.

Well wasn't it supposed to be in place of what we have now, the Binding of the Windseekers? So, drop rate should be equal to those, no?

about as rare as the bindings yes! however only 1 can have it for it only ever drops once. not the greatest but a decent tank resist neck. if anything i hope SOMEONE gets it so EVERYONE has access to bindings afterwards! so farm that garr/geddon scrubs!
