Add a level requirement for World channel

Bad idea.. There are quite a few quests that low levels may need help with. Not letting them speak on a channel limits their ability to get the help they need.

I think a better solution, rather than blocking channel access, might be to create a transparent channel that levels 1-5 (or 10) could be on. Transparent meaning it would still look just like the regular "1:General" just no one out side of their level range could see it.

That way the lowbies can still do their thing while not bothering those later on.

People creating toons to spam, will just be spamming low levels.

You just described general channel. It fills every need and function you may need when questing lvl1-15.

Channel name don't matter... You could do the same thing with World, General, Trade, World Defence..
